We do a face-to-face meeting with clients to go over their medications and health history before we do the testing. We also answer any medical or health related questions at that same visit. We then communicate the results of the test directly to the client's physician.
Medication Therapy Management
We to a face-to-face or via a phone call, comprehensive medication review, coach clients on lifestyle modifications, create personalized medication wallet card, and provide education on managing chronic conditions such as diabetes, COPD, sleep challenges and more.
